2127-35 Edmondson Ave - 35,000 sq ft, former car dealership, proposed as a job training/education/testing/transportation center, with ancillary community and outreach focused uses. Under letter of intent. Ongoing outreach to Amtrak for Douglass Tunnel project participation.
Community Multipurpose Center
1807 Harlem Ave - 49,000 sq ft. former elementary school, proposed as a multi-generational-serving, multi-constituency, recreation and community center. Currently DHCD-controlled. Assembling partners for bid and seeking Amtrak mitigation participation.
TV, Film & Digital Media Production Facility
2205 W. Lanvale St - 155,000 sq. ft on 2.5 acres, former Ward Bakery, working with owner and BDC to find a national partner to activate the facility as a multi-entity film, TV and digital media production facility.

Railway Greenway
Vision 2032: 4-block greenway envisioned upon completion of Amtrak’s Douglass Tunnel work, extending from south of Mosher St to the commercial corridor at Edmondson Avenue. Major community value-add from the Amtrak project, potentially tying in a new park and small amphitheater (under new Lafayette St bridge) to the new Amtrak Station and a revitalized commercial corridor.

Running along Edmondson Ave from Fulton Ave to the tracks (and what will be an entrance to the new MARC Station), Central West Baltimore’s traditional commercial corridor is being planned to reflower with multiple infill projects targeted, and Amtrak historic renovation funds available for existing structures. HUB/ECO-led initiatives for planning and project development in progress.
